The Executive Board has set the meeting requirement
for the 2019 season:
Each member must attend four (4) of the eight (8) regularly scheduled meetings for the 2019 season. Each member must attend one of the February or March meetings, one (1) of the April meetings and one (1) of the May meetings. The member's fourth meeting may be any of the remaining meetings.
The meeting dates will be:
February 25, 2019; 7:00PM
March 18, 2019; 7:00PM
April 1, 2019; 7:30PM
April 9, 2019; 7:30PM
April 23, 2019; 7:30PM (Business Meeting)
May 7, 2019; 7:30PM
May 14, 2019; 7:30PM
May 21, 2019; 7:30PM
The Banquet WILL NOT COUNT AS CREDIT toward one meeting
Dues must be paid by the second regular meeting (March 18, 2019). Any member failing to fulfill the meeting attendance requirement or pay their membership dues by the required date may be suspended from the Association.
It is each member's responsibility to see that the Attendance Monitor records their attendance at each meeting. Failure to do so may result in the member losing credit for the meeting.
A suspended member may be reinstated by paying a fine according the following:
Failure to attend one meeting - $25
Failure to attend two meetings - $45
Failure to attend three meetings - $85
A member wishing to be reinstated must pay the required fine by December 31 of that calendar year.
A member who is reinstated and is suspended a second year will be dropped from the Association and can only gain membership by taking and passing the Association exam.
